Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2023 and entered herein, the property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 7A, COLONIAL LAKES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 69, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, a/k/a 1506 Brookebridge Drive, Orlando, FL 32825
will be sold to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at: https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 a.m. on this 13th day of November, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
