NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Final Judgment entered in this cause on April 6, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Easton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3285, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION FORTY-FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 54A-54G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 17352 ROBINSON AVE., PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948, including the building, apprutenances, and fixtures located therein at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSURE.COM, at 11:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME on OCTOBER 25, 2023 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming any interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the list pendens must file a claim not later than the date that the clerk reports the funds unclaimed.
