and commonly known as: 1583 Red Oak Lane, Port Charlotte, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, electronically online at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com/, on 12/01/2023 at 11:00AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
