NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 33, LEXINGTON, PHASE V, VI and VII, a subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 14-24, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. With the following street address: 11428 52nd Court E., Parrish, Florida, 34219.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 14, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
