Notice is hereby given that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on November 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 404-J, IRONWOOD EIGHTH CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 676, beginning at Page 623, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Partial Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 4, 2023, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Ironwood Eighth Condominium Association, Inc. v. Thomas M. Soleau, Jr., and the Case number of which is number 2023 CC 2893.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
