Youmans aka Timothy Youmans; Tricia Youmans; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd day of November, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 27, UNIT 7, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 54 AND DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
