NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CA-005291 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Anthony Paul Rico a/k/a Anthony P. Rico a/k/a Anthony Rico, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15 AS SHOWN ON PLAT ENTITLED, “BAYBERRY WOODS SUBDIVISION,” AND RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF COURT OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 208-211.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
