NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 5, 2023, by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 1, Block 358, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK (unrecorded) according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 6384, Page 1015, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto (the “Unit”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 4302 issued by the Cooperative to ELAINE ANN BLASER, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1976 CRIT Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers 6196A and 6196B, and Title Numbers 0013862688 and 0013862689, respectively (the “Mobile Home”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Pinellas County Clerk of Court, electronically online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 7, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
