Commonly identified as: 4456 6th Ave. E., Bradenton, FL 34208
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Kari L. Martin, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1115 Manatee Avenue W., Bradenton, Florida 34205, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
This notice shall be published one a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
