NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on August 25, 2023, and the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on, July 12, 2023, in Case No. 20-CA-006753 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GROUNDFLOOR PROPERTIES GA LLC, is Plaintiff, and A & S CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION, INC is Defendant, the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of November, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN SOUTH 50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°22' WEST, 210 FEET, PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTHEAST QUARTER FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89°22' WEST, 158 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 170 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°22' EAST, 157.9 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°02' EAST, 170 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 70 FEET THEREOF.
