NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 27th day of July, 2023, in Civil Action No.2023-CA-005454, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THE OHIO GROUP, LLC, a dissolved Florida Limited Liability Company, successor by merger to THE OHIO GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation, BENCHMARK GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC., a Florida corporation, and SANIBEL PROMENADE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, R.L.R. INVESTMENTS, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9th day of November, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 12, SANIBEL PROMENADE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1814, Page 4193, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 695 Tarpon Bay Road # 12, Sanibel, FL 33957. The Real Property tax identification number is 26-46-22-T2- 00400.0120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
