NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-001088 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14 , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Joseph DiBernardo aka Joseph Di Bernardo aka Joseph Anthony Di Bernardo, deceased; Joseph Louis Di Bernardo, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Joseph DiBernardo aka Joseph Di Bernardo aka Joseph Anthony Di Bernardo, deceased; Ann-Margret Graham aka Ann-Margret Di Bernardo; Andrea Irene Parish; The Pointe at Pelican Landing Condominium Association, Inc.; Pelican Landing Community Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9th day of November, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

A-303, THE POINTE AT PELICAN LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2785, AT PAGE 2294, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
