NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 11, 2023, in Case No. 22-002491-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and MIKAH ROBERT RYAN A/K/A MIKAH RYAN; SHAYLYNN RYAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTERATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BANCSHARES MORTGAGE, LLC; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of November, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
