NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgement of Partition, in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 23rd day of November, 2021, entered in Case No.: 2019-CA-001183, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of November, 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Amended Final Judgement of Partition, to wit:
W ½ of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ all lying and being in Section 02, TOWNSHIP 30S, RANGE 29 East, Polk County, Florida.
The above being the same parcel as described by the Polk County Florida Property Appraiser in Folio No.: 29-30-02-000000-012150.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
