NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-012217-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Domenico Cipollone, deceased, Elena Cipollone, Stefano Cipollone, Lakes of Windermere-Lake Reams Townhomes Community Association, Inc., Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Irina Garisimove, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Giuseppe Bontempo, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the November 10, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
