NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 18, 2023, in this case in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the real property described as:
Condominium Unit No. 305, Building “J”, Phase 2, of LAKE VIEW V CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3038, Pages 1904 through 1941, as amended from time to time, and being further shown and defined in that survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereto, as recorded in Condominium Book 15, Page 19A, as amended from time to time, of the Pubic Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
