NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 5, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 000212 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, is the Plaintiff and Elisa Suzanne Jukes-Franke aka Elisa Suzanne Loughman Jukes aka Franke Elisa Jukes, United States of America Acting through Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, Gulf Gate Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the November 10, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK 51, GULF GATE, UNIT NO. 8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 50, 50A AND 50B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
