GREETINGS:
Said Defendant, Patrick Britton-Harr, is hereby notified that he has been sued in the United State District for the Northern District of Oklahoma, in Case No. 23-cv-00239-JFH-CDL styled :
Industrial Developers of Oklahoma, LLC vs. Aerovanti Aviation, LLC, et al.
Said action asserts claims for fraud against Defendant Patrick Britton-Harr and that Plaintiff has been damaged in the amount of $300,000.00 plus pre and post judgment interest, the costs of the action and attorney's fees. Defendant Patrick Britton-Harr must answer the Complaint herein on or before December 7, 2023, or the allegations of said Complaint will be taken as true, and a judgment for liability and awarding monetary damages will be entered against Defendant Patrick Britton-Harr in favor of Plaintiff.
