NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 17, 2023 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, Block 29, Unit 9, Lehigh Acres, Section 16, Township 45 South, Range East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, page 172, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and the fixtures and appliances contained therein,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 15th day of November, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer at least five days prior to the date of this sale.
