NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 1, 2023 and an Order Resetting Sale dated October 13, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-000884 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST PATRICIA L. DRISCOLL A/K/A PATRICIA LOUISE DRISCOLL DECEASED; MICHELLE WILLIAMS; ERICA DRISCOLL GODWIN; ANDREA R. From the Northwest Corner of Section 2, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, run South 1 degree 06' 04” East along the West line of said Section 1309,05 feet to the intersection with the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 2; Thence run North 89 degrees 14' 53” East for 65,15 feet to the East right-of-way line of Joel Boulevard, a/k/a SR. 873; Thence continue North, 89 degrees 14' 53” East along the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the said Section 2 a distance of 470,0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands herein described; Thence continue North 89 degrees 14' 53” East 135.0 feet, North 1 degree 44' 14” West 326,88 feet; South 89 degrees 16' 59” West 135.0 feet; South 1 degree 44' 14” East 326.96 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a 40 feet road right-of-way easement on the East.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
