NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23-CA-006588 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein First Horizon Bank is the Plaintiff and Steven C. Bedell a/k/a Steven Bedell; MV Realty PBC, LLC; SLSLT Underlying Trust 2019-1 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 am on the December 27, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 91, UNIT 17, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 FAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
