Lots 19 and 20, Block 2328, of UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 112 to 130 inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Dane T. Stanish, Esq., attorney for Add Value Development, LLC, whose address is 3475 Sheridan Street, Suite 209, Hollywood, FL 33021, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before December 4, 2023, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks.
