Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure on Unimproved, Non-homestead, Residential Real Property entered on October 20, 2023 in Case Number 22-CA-000138 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RSD DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and SHOBE C. JUMAN AND NEZAM JUMAN a/k/a NEZAMODEEN JUMAN, wife and husband; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ALAWIJAMEEL, ALSAEGH; SARIAN PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TOMMY JOE MCCUISTON AND TINA LOUISE MCCUISTON are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 AM EST on November 29, 2023 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 45, the following described real property as set forth in said judgment described above:
