Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, COMMUNITY LOAN SERVICING, LLC, f/k/a BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., Plaintiff; LUBOMIR K. CEJKA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUBOMIR K. CEJKA, LIBOR CEJKA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIBOR CEJKA, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, JOHN DOE I and JANE DOE I, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE II and JANE DOE II, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern/Standard Time) on the 14th day of December, 2023, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2, 3, 4 & 5, BLOCK 12, KENWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE AFOREMENTIONED LOT 5 CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG FOR THE PURPOSES AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 336, PAGE 435, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
