NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 9, 2023 in Case No. 2022CA003505, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND MEADOWS 6 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAVIER LLERA ROLON and ADALBERTO LLERA PABON are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2023, at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 18, Reserve at Highland Meadows, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 164, Page(s) 41 through 42, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, with the following street address: 375 Eaglecrest Drive, Haines City, FL 33844
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
