Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 28, COLONY LAKES, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 24 through 40, inclusive, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of October, 2023.
