NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment on a Complaint for Partition dated August 7, 2023, as amended, if any, and entered in 11-2022-CA-001048-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RICHARD S. WHEELER is the Plaintiff and LESLYE D. HILL is the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 14, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
POINCIANA VILLAGE, UNIT 2, BLOCK K, LOT 75, according to
the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 10, Page 80, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 3556 Balboa Circle East, Naples, FL 34105
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
