NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2023- CA- 274 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of September, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 41, Pebblebrooke Lakes, Phase 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31,
Pages 81 through 84, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 8463 Hollow Brook Circle, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
