NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2023 and entered in 23-CC-078118 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Gold Rock Inc., is the Plaintiff and Pasco Home Help, Inc. is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at, 10:00 am on September 22, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 8, Parkway Center Single Family Phase 2B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 96 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 8359 Moccasin Trail Dr., Riverview FL, 33578 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
