NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2023, and order resetting sale entered on July 31, 2023, entered in Case No. NO. 21-5398-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITY FIRST MORTGAGE CORP., a Florida Corporation is the Plaintiff and MJH PARADISE HOMES, LLC.; MATTHEW HESS; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION AT 372 BELLE POINTE DRIVE, ST.PETERSBURG, FL 33706 are the Defendants, I will sell on-line at 10:00am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder for cash after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 all bidding to begin at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block B, Belle Vista Point, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
