NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order dated August 22, 2023 and entered in Case No. 21-003065-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and DJB Rentals, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run South 70 feet, thence East 315 feet, North 70 feet, thence West to the Point of Beginning; LESS and part thereof within right of way line of U.S. Alt 19, Pinellas County, Florida.
