NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-002621-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PATTI M. REED, Trustee for the Patti M. Reed Revocable Trust u/t/d April 21, 2016 is the Plaintiff and SCOTT NEWMARK is the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 19, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 206 FEET OF LOT 31, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 90.00 FEET THEREOF LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 142.50 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE SURVEY LINE OF STATE ROAD 684 IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS GROVES, INC., AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. PARCEL ID: 29-30-15-70794-200-3101 ; COMMON DESCRIPTION: 13211 PARK BOULEVARD, SEMINOLE, FL 33776.
