NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2023 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2022-007893-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE WAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is the Plaintiff and QUINTIN HOLMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF QUINTIN HOLMAN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 518, THE WAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14342, PAGE 2366, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3315 58th Ave. S. Unit 518 St. Petersburg, FL 33712
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on October 3, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
