NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 18, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 31008 CICI in the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20, Plaintiff and LEXIS MOORE A/K/A LEXIS JUANTORIA MOORE, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF HERMAN LEON MOORE, JR. A/K/A HERMAN LEON MOORE; HERMAN MOORE, III, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF HERMAN LEON MOORE, JR.
