Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28th day of August, 2023, and entered in case No. 23-CC-2156 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORKSCREW WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DEVISEESGRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JOANNA L. STEAD, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANNA L. STEAD, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDIUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on SEPTEMBER 29, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
