NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2023 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 24, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-CA-000462 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS1, Plaintiff, and EMILIO DEL VALLE; ESPERANZA C. DEL VALLE; SOUTHWIND OWNERS ASSOCIATION AT FORT MYERS, INC., are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
