NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 17, 2023, in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-000943 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and LANE A HOUK, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of September, 2023 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BELLE MEADE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 47, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
