has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, Garrett W. McIntyre, Esq., McIntyre & Bermudez, PLLC, 1520 Royal Palm Square Blvd., Suite 210, Fort Myers, Florida 33919 on or before October 11, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title.
