CITY OF DUNEDIN GOLF CART LEASING SERVICES RFP 23-1244
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (the “Vendor”) to provide seventy-two (72) new electric-powered golf carts and one gas-powered beverage cart (the “carts”) for a 36-, 48- or 60- month lease period, including all services, parts, maintenance and warranties. As an alternative, the City may decide to purchase the golf carts using its own financing. If that option is selected, the City may be interested in a service plan. The carts will be used at the Dunedin Golf Club (the “DGC”) located at 1050 Palm Blvd. Dunedin, FL 34698. The DGC is a Donald Ross designed golf course that will have undergone a complete renovation when the new golf carts are delivered. The City anticipates the lease period will begin in October 2024.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.
Sealed Proposals: Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, two (2) copies and one disc/usb copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
