NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 17-005356-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and WARREN J. KNAUST A/K/A WARREN JAY KNAUST; JENNIFER L. KNAUST A/K/A JENNIFER KNAUST; Assunta Ambrosino; United States of America; Josef Martin Knaust, as Trustee of The Knaust Family Trust No. 1, u/a/d 8/16/2017; The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Knaust Family Trust No. 1, u/a/d 8/16/2017 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, TROPICAL SHORES - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
