Posser a/k/a Aimee Marie Dellarocco, Douglas M. Posser, Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Israel Mujica, Jose R. Diaz, Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the October 6, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
