The property herein described is as follows:
Unit No. 26 Woodside Terrace, Phase II, a Condominium, according to the Amended Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1667, Pages 1781 through 1815 and as per Condominium Book 22, Pages 15 through 15-D, public Records of Sarasota County, Florida., (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”).
With a street address of 7235 Wood Creek Dr., Unit 26, Sarasota, FL 34231.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, WOODSIDE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
