NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002898 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York , successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and Rodney D. Gerling, Esq., as Personal Representative of the Estate of Len Gale a/k/a Len V. Gale, Deceased; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Len Gale a/k/a Len V. Gale, Deceased are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 286, OF 1ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A TO 29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
