NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 6, 2023 in CASE NO. 2022-CA-005490 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, EQUITYMAX, INC., and Defendants CHARLES W. HATFIELD AND SABRINA M. HATFIELD, Husband and Wife, VENICE SANDS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE UNKNOWN TENANT that:
The Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 7, 2023at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 1101, VENICE SANDS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 866, PAGE 501, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
