YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment/adverse possession and to quiet title on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Beginning at a point 440 yards East and 225 yards South of the Northwest corner of Lot numbered Two (2) in Section 20, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, thence running South 185 yards, thence East to the Caloosahatchee River; thence Northeasterly along the shore of said river to the point due East of the point of beginning; thence West to the point of beginning. Being the same land conveyed by deed recorded on page 45 of Deed Book 181 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DUNCAN & ASSOCIATES, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P. O. Drawer 249, Fort Myers, Florida, 33902, before October 17, 2023 (which is a date not less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
