Together with an easement for ingress, egress and utility purposes over and across the following described property:

A parcel of land in Section 7, Township 46 South, Range 24 East; thence run S 89°03'53” W along the North line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 7 for 1342.55 feet to the Northwest corner of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 7; thence run S 01°13'51” E along the West line of the East Half (E 1/2) of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) for 473.88 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20.00 feet North of as measured at right angles to the North line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel 1 in Official Records Book 2074 at Page 4358 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel of land,· thence continue S 01°13'51” E for 40.00 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20.00 feet South of as measured at right angles to the North line of said Parcel 1; thence run N 89°02'34” E along said parallel line for 1314.26 feet to an intersection with the West right-of-way line of Pine Ridge Road; thence run N 01°45'22” W along said right-of-way line for 40.00 feet; thence run S 89°02'34” W for 1314.26 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
