NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2023 and Amended Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated September 11, 2023 entered in Case No. 22-CA-009910 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WICKENDEN PARTNERS, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and GOLDEN SKY INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2023 at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10 in Block 17, WASHINGTON PARK, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida;
a/k/a 506 N. Warnell Street, Plant City Florida 33563.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
