To: Joyce Manning Richardson, Lorandy J. Manning, Lovetta O. Ballard, and Dan W. Manning.
Re: Ouster of Co-Tenants from 203 W Ross Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602
I am writing on behalf of my client, Andre Richardson, one of the co-tenants of the property located at 203 W Ross Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602. Regarding the ownership and possession of the above-referenced property, Mr. Richardson is currently occupying the Property and is claiming exclusive possession of it. He asserts that he is the sole rightful owner of the Property and denies the title or right of possession of his co-tenants, namely, Joyce Manning Richardson, Lorandy J. Manning, Lovetta O. Ballard, and Dan W. Manning.
An ouster, as defined in property law, refers to the dispossession or exclusion by one tenant of his co-tenants from the common property of which they are entitled to possess. Mr. Richardson is asserting his exclusive right to the Property and by this letter, has given his co-tenants effective notice of their ouster. He will refuse any request for access to the Property by the other co-tenants, and he categorically denied their title or interest in the Property.
Please be advised that Mr. Richardson is taking this matter very seriously and intends to maintain exclusive possession of the Property. He is prepared to take any necessary legal action to protect his claim to the Property.
