NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 05, 2023 in Civil Case No. 48-2022-CA-003171-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CIM 2020-R5 is Plaintiff and Surrinder S Sokhi, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of October, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, DEERFIELD PHASE 2A UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
