NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 23, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022 10342 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Deland, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST C/O U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERT WAYNE WATSON A/K/A ROBERT WATSON, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LAURA E. ROTH, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.volusia.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of October, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; run thence South along the East line of Section 33, a distance of 527.50 feet to the South line of Park Lane; run thence West along the South line of Park Lane, a distance of 70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; run thence West 87.50 feet along the South line of Park Lane; thence South and parallel with the said East line of Section 33, a distance of 214 feet; thence East and parallel with the South line of Park Lane a distance of 87.50 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of Section 33, a distance of 214 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
